This series examines worn and ages sites throughout the UK. Places that once flowed in industry or tourism but have been left to whither away in the sidelines. Through intensifying the highlights and shadows of the present day and overlaying the photos with those of busier, bustling places, a stark contrast between the past and present are created. The strong sense of something like nostalgia, something like loss, linger through the photos in the series.
